As fans of Marvel wait for theaters to reopen and films like Black Widow to get an official theatrical release date, as well as production to commence on Falcon And Winter Soldier and other marvel titles, they do have something to cheer about.

Today, Disney+ shared two exclusive sneak peek clips from the upcoming new original anthology docuseries, Marvel’s 616. The series will take an in-depth look at the comic giant and what it takes to create movies and TV shows.

Higher, Further, Faster

Directed by actor/director Gillian Jacobs, this episode will introduce you to women from the House of Ideas’ past and present who have helped build the Marvel Universe one story and character at a time.

Lost and Found

Actor and comedian Paul Scheer (Black Monday, The League) is on the hunt to discover the “forgotten” characters of Marvel Comics. Speaking to an array of experts and fans, this episode takes a humorous approach to introduce you to a collection of the obscure, wild, and sometimes bizarre cast of characters. Along his journey, Paul will discover what makes a great Marvel character and uncover an unlikely force to be reckoned with.

Individually, each documentary in the series will explore what it takes to bring a filmmaker’s vision to life.
