Joe List’s first one-hour comedy special, “Joe List: I Hate Myself,” will premiere as a direct-to-fan experience Thursday, August 6 live at 9:00 P.M. ET on Comedy Central’s Stand-Up YouTube channel, where it will remain available to stream at any time.

Shot at the historic Village Underground in New York City, Joe List: I Hate Myself explores List’s hilarious neuroses in the way only he can – including how to refer to people who have obsessive-compulsive disorder, why it’s insane to think anyone is able to sleep on a plane, and his theory that the dental industry is a sham.

Joe List began his comedy career in Boston, Massachusetts in 2000 just weeks after graduating from high school. Since that time, he has been featured on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy FallonThe Late Show with David Letterman as well as multiple appearances on Conan. He’s also been featured in Season 2 of The Netflix Series “The Stand Ups.” In 2015, List was a finalist on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” and had his own half-hour comedy special on Comedy Central.

His albums “So Far No Good” and “Are You Mad at Me”’ can be heard regularly on SiriusXM Radio. List is also the co-host of his own popular weekly podcast “Tuesdays with Stories.’ When not headlining comedy clubs all over North America, List is a regular at the Comedy Cellar in New York City.

Joe List: I Hate Myself was executive produced by Tommy Pucciani and Chris Burns, and directed by Jason Katz. Ryan Moran and Gabriella Yacyk are the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
