Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec Answers Leadership Questions

Share

Robert Herjavec and his fellow Shark Tank co-hosts are nominated for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Competition Program at this year’s virtual Emmy Awards.

This is the first year that they’ve been submitted in this category and the TV Academy was quick to show their appreciation for their incredible work. Having received seventeen prior Emmy nominations and four wins, ABC’s Shark Tank is enjoying an incredibly successful run thanks to its “Sharks” and their gambling on everyday entrepreneurs with big dreams.

In a follow up to Kevin O’Leary’s conversation, Awards Focus wanted to expand on the success and leadership of another Shark, Robert Herjavec. The internet security titan was gracious enough to answer the following leadership questions submitted by our readers:

  • Name one mistake or behavior that you witness leaders or entrepreneurs making more frequently than others?
  • Who or what has had tremendous impact on you as a leader and entrepreneur?
  • What do you do? Do you have a routine to ensure that you continue to grow and develop as a leader?
