Stephen Glickman - The Moving Company
From the Kids Choice Award winning series Big Time Rush, actor and singer Stephen K. Glickman is rushing onto the music scene with his album, The Moving Company.
The album of covers (released August 4th) features tracks from Billie Eilish, Radiohead, The Beatles, Post Malone, Soul Asylum, Green Day, and Bob Dylan among others.
Glickman landed on his lead single — “Crazy” by Gnarles Barkley — after that cover blew up on TikTok, amassing a whopping 200,000,000 streams thanks to posts and tags from Addison Rae, Ben Platt, and song-originator CeeLo Green.
Glickman spent much of the pandemic on The Moving Company, working with Grammy Winner producer Greg Collins (Album Of The Year for U2) and Natalie London (indie-folk group Hey, King!).
Some amazing musicians sat in with Glickman, including Casey Abrams (upright bass virtuoso from American Idol), Jessy Greene (Foo Fighters), Rachel Grace (Ariana Grande), and Marza Wilks (World Civic Orchestra).
For “Crazy” promotional purposes, Glickman shot a Joaquin Phoenix Joker inspired music video. The album can be also be streamed on Spotify.
In addition his music and acting, Glickman hosts The Night Time Show podcast and works with charities in support of Children’s Hospital LA.
